The Donor Games West Regional took place April 26, 2025, at the Mission HQ in Alameda, CA. A total of 39 athletes competed, including two living donors, and 140 people attended the event, bringing together living donors, transplant recipients, and community members.Read the West Regional Recap

The Donor Games Midwestern Regional took place on July 20, 2024, at Mahon Strength & Fitness in Hamilton, Ohio.
