The Donor Games Southeast Regional took place February 15, 2025, at CrossFit Zoetic in Franklin, Tennessee. A total of 20 athletes competed, including four donors and one recipient, with community members and fellow donors also coming out to support the event.Read the Southeast Regional Recap

The Donor Games Midwestern Regional took place on July 20, 2024, at Mahon Strength & Fitness in Hamilton, Ohio. A total of 44 athletes competed and approximately 125 people attended the event, including kidney donors, transplant recipients, volunteers, and spectators.Read the Midwestern Regional Recap

The Donor Games Western Regional took place May 18, 2024, at the Mission HQ in Alameda, California. A total of 29 athletes competed and approximately 100 people attended the event, including kidney donors, transplant recipients, and dialysis patients.Read the Western Regional Recap
