Donor Games Championship
The 6th annual Donor Games Championship will be held on Saturday, September 19 at Carozza Fitness in Stamford, Connecticut. The competition is INVITE ONLY and is based on performance in the 2026 Donor Games Season Leaderboard. All invited athletes will receive complimentary travel and lodging from the National Kidney Registry. The top Donor and Recipient athletes from across the country will come together to see who will be crowned the Fittest Donor Games Athlete.
1RM Bench Press Ladder
Athletes will perform a 1-rep mac bench press ladder, increasing the weight each round and continuing until they can no longer successfully complete a lift.
The Rudder 2.0
Alternating hang cleans and rope climbs within a 20-minute time cap.
Heavy Murph AMRAP
As many reps as possible of 10 pull-ups, 20 alternating dumbbell shoulder presses, 30 rear foot elevated split squats, 40 sit-ups within a 20-minute time cap.
