Midwest Regional 2025

The Donor Games Midwest Regional will be held on Saturday, October 4, at Mahon Strength and Fitness in Hamilton, Ohio. The competition will begin at 8:30 a.m.

Registration

Registration is required for Donor Games Midwest Regional. Registration is $5 per competitor in the Living Donor and Transplant Recipient categories and $25 per competitor in the General category.

Event 1:

  • 6 min clock to establish a 1-Rep Max Clean

Event 2: 

  • 2 parts to this event:
  • 12 min running clock total time
    • A:  For time complete:
      • 30/25 Calories on Bike
      • 50 Thrusters at 95/65lbs (35/20lb DBs)
    • B.  In the remaining time of the 12 mins after Part A
      • AMRAP
      • 2,4,6,8 etc…
      • Pull-ups (jumping pull-ups)
      • Box jumps (step-ups) 24/20in.

Event 3:

  • 7 min time cap
    • Men: 21-15-9
