  • 20 strict seated dumbbell shoulder presses (50 pounds for men; 20 pounds for women)
  • 30 Bulgarian split squats

In the Balanced Mitch Workout, competitors have 2 minutes to complete a maximum number of bench press reps at a designated weight (185 pounds for men, 95 pounds for women). At the 2-minute mark, the athlete must begin performing pull-ups to complete a maximum number of strict pull-ups.
