The Donor Games Open 21.1 Workout: The Mini Murph

The Donor Games Open 21.1 ran from to February 3–11 and featured the Mini Murph workout, which consists of 10 consecutive rounds of 10 pull-ups, 20 hand release push-ups, and 30 air squats within the time limit of 90 minutes.
