Lakes Regional 2025

The Donor Games Lakes Regional will be held on Saturday, June 21, at the Adventure Awaits CrossFit in Weston, Wisconsin. The competition will begin at 8:30 a.m.

Registration is required for Donor Games Lakes Regional. Registration is $5 per competitor in the Living Donor and Transplant Recipient categories and $25 per competitor in the General category. The deadline to register is June 18.

    • Wall Ball 20/14
    • Alternating Dumbbell Snatch 50/35
    • *Score is time completed
  • B:  In remaining time, until the 12 Min Mark
    • Establish a Barbell complex of 1 x Clean + 1 x Hang Clean for Max weight
