Founded in 2020 by living donors Garet Hil and Kevin Kilkenny, the Donor Games is a series of virtual and in-person fitness competitions designed to showcase the impressive health and fitness of living kidney and liver donors from around the country and raise awareness about living donation.

The Donor Games include Donor Games Open competitions (virtual), Donor Games Regional events (in-person), and the Donor Games Championship (in-person, by invitation only). With support from the National Kidney Registry, the Donor Games will also sponsor donor and recipient athletes in national / international sporting events as well as unique and record-setting challenges. Over 100 donor athletes and 20 transplant recipients have participated in Donor Games events since its inception.
