Workouts
Competitors must complete five rounds of each of the following exercises in the following order within a 25-minute time cap:
- 10 pull-ups
- 20 hand release push-ups
- 30 air squats
- 40 sit-ups
In the 1-Mile Swim, contestants compete to see who can complete a 1-mile swim (1,500 meters or 1,650 yards) the fastest.
