The third annual Donor Games West Regional took place on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at TheMissionHQ. The event brought together 73 competitors across 37 teams for an intense and inspiring day of strength and endurance. The West Regional united nearly 200 people – including over 40 volunteers and 70 spectators around the mission of living donation.
